Pearl Harbor Parade

Monday, December 7, 2026 · Meet at 5:30 PM, parade starts at 6:00 PM · Kalakaua Ave & Saratoga Rd → Kapiolani Park, Waikiki

Join us this December 7th in the Pearl Harbor Parade, marching with the Rosie the Riveters segment! It was a blast last year and we're doing it again — dancing periodically to music from the period, played from our parade truck.

Let the board know if you plan to attend, so we can assemble a group chat and coordinate: board@swingdanceclubhawaii.org.

This year's invitation

The Rosie the Riveters invited SDCH to join again, for this year's parade:

“This December 7th PEARL HARBOR PARADE will have plenty of ROSIE THE RIVETERS in attendance and we would once again LOVE to have your swing dancers join us in the parade. It starts at Saratoga and Kalakaua Ave and ends at Kapiolani Park by the Zoo… on Monserrate.”

“If you want to wear 40’s clothes that would be fun, or Red, White & Blue is fun, and the Rosie white polka dots on Red would be the BOMB!! You can join us in route if you don’t want to be at the start of the Parade.”

— Jan Davis, President of HonoluluRosies.org
